Setup Wizard
The Setup Wizard guides new users through essential configuration in one streamlined flow. It appears after registration and can be accessed anytime from the dashboard or via Menu → Setup Wizard.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The wizard has 6 steps:
- Logo — Upload your business logo
- Hours — Set business hours and open days
- Booking — Configure booking rules (party size, daily limit, auto-confirm)
- Notifications — Enable push notifications (mobile) or email alerts (web)
- Share — Copy your booking link and QR code
- Done — Review and go to dashboard
Step 1: Logo
Section titled “Step 1: Logo”Upload your business logo so it appears in the booking widget and emails.
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Size: At least 200×200 pixels recommended for sharp display on all devices
- Optional: You can skip and add it later from Settings → Business Settings
If you already have a logo, the wizard shows an alternative message and lets you change it.
Step 2: Business Hours
Section titled “Step 2: Business Hours”Set your opening and closing times and which days you’re open.
- Opening/Closing: Use 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00, 22:00)
- Open days: Toggle each day (Mon–Sun) on or off
- Defaults: 09:00–22:00, all days open
These settings sync with Settings → Business Hours. You can adjust them later.
Step 3: Booking Rules
Section titled “Step 3: Booking Rules”Configure how bookings work:

| Min Party Size | Smallest allowed party (default: 1) |
| Max Party Size | Largest allowed party (default: 10) |
| Daily Guest Limit | Total guests per day (default: 100) |
| Auto-Confirm Size | Bookings up to this size are auto-confirmed (default: 6) |
These map to Settings → Booking Settings. You can change them anytime.
Step 4: Notifications
Section titled “Step 4: Notifications”Mobile App
Section titled “Mobile App”- Enable Push Notifications: Tap the button to request permission
- Once enabled, you’ll get instant alerts for new bookings, updates, and cancellations
Web App
Section titled “Web App”- New booking email: Email for each new reservation
- Daily summary: Daily recap of all bookings
- Web push: Browser notifications
These sync with Settings → SMTP (admin notifications).
Step 5: Share
Section titled “Step 5: Share”Your booking link and QR code are ready to share:
- Copy link: Click to copy the booking URL
- QR code: Scan to open the booking page — ideal for menus, posters, or social media
You can paste the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or website.
Step 6: Done
Section titled “Step 6: Done”Review what you’ve set up and click Go to Dashboard to start managing bookings.
Accessing the Wizard Later
Section titled “Accessing the Wizard Later”- Direct URL:
/setup-wizard - From the menu: Menu → Setup Wizard
- You can re-run any step to update settings
