Setup Wizard

The Setup Wizard guides new users through essential configuration in one streamlined flow. It appears after registration and can be accessed anytime from the dashboard or via MenuSetup Wizard.

The wizard has 6 steps:

  1. Logo — Upload your business logo
  2. Hours — Set business hours and open days
  3. Booking — Configure booking rules (party size, daily limit, auto-confirm)
  4. Notifications — Enable push notifications (mobile) or email alerts (web)
  5. Share — Copy your booking link and QR code
  6. Done — Review and go to dashboard

Upload your business logo so it appears in the booking widget and emails.

  • Format: PNG or JPG
  • Size: At least 200×200 pixels recommended for sharp display on all devices
  • Optional: You can skip and add it later from SettingsBusiness Settings

If you already have a logo, the wizard shows an alternative message and lets you change it.

Set your opening and closing times and which days you’re open.

  • Opening/Closing: Use 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00, 22:00)
  • Open days: Toggle each day (Mon–Sun) on or off
  • Defaults: 09:00–22:00, all days open

These settings sync with SettingsBusiness Hours. You can adjust them later.

Configure how bookings work:

Auto-Confirm SizeBookings up to this size are auto-confirmed (default: 6)

These map to SettingsBooking Settings. You can change them anytime.

  • Enable Push Notifications: Tap the button to request permission
  • Once enabled, you’ll get instant alerts for new bookings, updates, and cancellations
  • New booking email: Email for each new reservation
  • Daily summary: Daily recap of all bookings
  • Web push: Browser notifications

These sync with SettingsSMTP (admin notifications).

Your booking link and QR code are ready to share:

  • Copy link: Click to copy the booking URL
  • QR code: Scan to open the booking page — ideal for menus, posters, or social media

You can paste the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or website.

Review what you’ve set up and click Go to Dashboard to start managing bookings.
