How can I get bookings through WhatsApp?

Lots of you ask how to get bookings through WhatsApp. It’s really simple: you share your BeSeat booking link in chats or status so people can tap and book. Here’s how.

  1. Log in to your BeSeat account.
  2. Go to SettingsIntegration.
  3. Copy your Direct Booking Link from the Integration tab (this is your unique booking URL).
  4. Optionally customize how it looks under SettingsWidget (colours, language).

  • When a customer asks how to book, send them your BeSeat booking link in the chat. They tap the link, choose a time, and complete the booking.
  • You can save the link in your Frequently used or keep it in a note so you can paste it quickly.
  • Add a short message like “Book here: [your link]” or “Tap this link to choose a time and book.”
  • In Status, share your booking link (as text or with a “Book now” caption). Followers who view your status can tap the link and book.
  • Update status regularly (e.g. “We’re open today – book here: [link]”) so the link is easy to find.
  • In replies or automated messages, you can say something like “To book, tap this link: [your BeSeat link].” No need for a separate booking bot – the link opens your BeSeat page where they pick a time and confirm.
  • Use one main booking link (the one from SettingsIntegration) in all WhatsApp chats and status.
  • If you use a WhatsApp Business catalog or link list, add your BeSeat booking URL as the main “Book” or “Reserve” option.

Once customers tap your link, they open your BeSeat booking page, choose a time, and complete the booking; you’ll see it in your BeSeat dashboard.
