How do I share my booking link with customers?
Lots of you ask how to share your booking link with customers. It’s really simple: you copy your BeSeat link once and then use it everywhere – email, messages, social, or in person. Here’s how.
Where to find your booking link in BeSeat
Section titled “Where to find your booking link in BeSeat”- Log in to your BeSeat account.
- Go to Settings → Integration.
- Copy your Direct Booking Link from the Integration tab (this is your unique booking URL).
- Optionally customize how it looks under Settings → Widget (colours, language).
For more options (QR code, embed code), see the Integration guide.
Share by email
Section titled “Share by email”- Paste your booking link in the body of an email (e.g. “Book here: [your link]”) or add it as a button.
- Use it in signatures, newsletters, or follow-up emails so customers can book with one tap.
Share by message (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
Section titled “Share by message (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)”- Send the link in a text or chat. For example: “To book, tap this link: [your link].”
- You can save the link in your phone’s notes or in Frequently used so you can paste it quickly when customers ask.
Section titled “Share on social media”- Instagram: Put the link in your bio or use the link sticker in Stories. See How can I get bookings through Instagram?.
- Facebook: Add the link to your Page website or button, or paste it in posts. See How can I get bookings through Facebook?.
- WhatsApp: Send the link in chats or share it in Status. See How can I get bookings through WhatsApp?.
Share in person (QR code or link)
Section titled “Share in person (QR code or link)”- QR code: In Settings → Integration you’ll see your QR code. Download it, print it (e.g. on menus, table tents, counter), or show it on a screen. Customers scan and book.
- Link: If someone is with you, you can say “Search for us on Google” or “I’ll send you the link” and then send the link by message or email.
Use one link everywhere
Section titled “Use one link everywhere”- Use the same booking link (from Settings → Integration) in all your emails, messages, social, and QR code. That way customers always land on the same booking page and you don’t have to manage multiple links.
Once customers tap your link (or scan your QR code), they open your BeSeat booking page, choose a time, and complete the booking; you’ll see it in your BeSeat dashboard.
