How can I get bookings through Facebook?
Lots of you ask how to get bookings from Facebook. It’s actually really simple: you share your BeSeat booking link so people can tap and book. Here’s how.
Where to find your booking link in BeSeat
Section titled “Where to find your booking link in BeSeat”- Log in to your BeSeat account.
- Go to Settings → Integration.
- Copy your Direct Booking Link from the Integration tab (this is your unique booking URL).
- Optionally customize how it looks under Settings → Widget (colours, language).
For more options (QR code, embed code), see the Integration guide.
Add your booking link to your Facebook Page
Section titled “Add your booking link to your Facebook Page”- Open your Facebook Page and go to Edit profile (or About → Contact).
- In Website or Action button, add or edit the link and paste your BeSeat booking URL.
- Save. When people tap the link on your Page, they can book without leaving Facebook’s browser.
Share your link in posts and Stories
Section titled “Share your link in posts and Stories”- Posts: In the post text, add your booking link or write “Book here” and paste the link. You can also use the link when you create a post with a Call to action button.
- Stories: Use the link sticker (if available for your Page) and paste your BeSeat booking URL so followers can tap to book.
- Reels: In the caption, add your booking link or say “Link in bio” / “Link in our Page” and keep the same link in your Page’s website or button.
Use a “Book now” call-to-action
Section titled “Use a “Book now” call-to-action”- Add a Book or Sign up button to your Facebook Page that points to your BeSeat booking link.
- In posts, use clear text like “Book now” or “Reserve your spot” and link to your booking page.
Keep your link easy to find
Section titled “Keep your link easy to find”- Use one main booking link (the one from Settings → Integration) everywhere: Page website, button, posts, and Stories.
- If you use a link-in-bio tool, add your BeSeat booking URL as the first or a clearly labelled “Book” option.
Once customers tap your link, they open your BeSeat booking page, choose a time, and complete the booking; you’ll see it in your BeSeat dashboard.
