How can I get bookings through Google?

Lots of you ask how to get bookings from Google. It’s actually really simple: you put your BeSeat booking link where people find you on Google (your Business Profile, website, or ads) so they can tap and book. Here’s how.

Where to find your booking link in BeSeat

1. Log in to your BeSeat account.
2. Go to Settings → Integration.
3. Copy your Direct Booking Link from the Integration tab (this is your unique booking URL).
4. Optionally customize how it looks under Settings → Widget (colours, language).

Add your booking link to Google Business Profile

1. Open Google Business Profile and select your business.
2. Go to Profile (or Info) and find Website or Add a link.
3. Paste your BeSeat booking URL as your website link, or add it as an Action (e.g. “Book”) if your profile supports it.
4. Save. When people find you on Google Search or Maps and tap the link, they can book directly.

Use “Book a table” or “Reserve” on Google

• If your profile shows a “Book” or “Reserve” button, link it to your BeSeat booking page so customers go straight to your availability.
• Keep the same booking link everywhere (Business Profile, your website, social) so it’s consistent.

Add your link to your website (if you have one)

• If your website is linked from Google, add your BeSeat booking link clearly on the site (e.g. “Book now” button or in the header). You can also embed the widget so customers book without leaving your site.

Keep your link easy to find

• Use one main booking link (the one from Settings → Integration) on your Google Business Profile, website, and any ads or posts that point to booking.
• Check your Business Profile from time to time to make sure the link still works and is visible.

Once customers tap your link, they open your BeSeat booking page, choose a time, and complete the booking; you’ll see it in your BeSeat dashboard.
