How can I take bookings if I don't have a website?
Lots of you ask if you can take bookings without a website. You can. BeSeat gives you a direct booking link and a QR code – you don’t need a website at all. Here’s how.
Where to find your booking link and QR code in BeSeat
Section titled “Where to find your booking link and QR code in BeSeat”- Log in to your BeSeat account.
- Go to Settings → Integration.
- Copy your Direct Booking Link from the Integration tab (this is your unique booking URL).
- On the same page you’ll see your QR code – you can download it and print it or show it on a screen.

Share your booking link everywhere
Section titled “Share your booking link everywhere”- Social media: Put your link in your Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp bio, status, or posts. When people tap it, they can book straight away.
- Email and messages: Send the link to customers when they ask how to book. They tap, choose a time, and confirm.
- SMS or WhatsApp: Paste the link in a text or chat – no website needed, just the link.
Use your QR code
Section titled “Use your QR code”- Print it: Put the QR code on your menu, table tent, counter, or window. Customers scan it with their phone and land on your booking page.
- Show it on a screen: Display the QR code on a tablet or TV so people can scan and book.
- Use it at events: Hand out flyers or cards with the QR code so people can book later.
Keep one link for everything
Section titled “Keep one link for everything”- Use the same booking link (from Settings → Integration) for social, QR, email, and messages. That way you only have one place to send people.
- Optionally customize how the booking page looks under Settings → Widget (colours, language).
Once customers tap your link or scan your QR code, they open your BeSeat booking page, choose a time, and complete the booking; you’ll see it in your BeSeat dashboard.
